To ensure the best experience for both our guests and our artists, please review our salon policies before booking.

Appointments

MOR Salon is appointment only. We do not offer walk-in services at this time. Booking online is the fastest and most reliable way to secure your appointment.

Communication

We do not have a receptionist to answer phone calls.

If you have questions regarding services or scheduling, please contact your service provider directly or message them through their booking platform.

Artist Scheduling & Emergencies

MOR Salon operates as an appointment-based salon with independent artists. Each service provider manages their own schedule and booking calendar.

In the event of illness, family emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances, your artist may need to reschedule your appointment. While we understand schedule changes can be inconvenient, these situations are sometimes unavoidable.

When this occurs, we will always do our best to notify you as soon as possible, typically at least one hour prior to your appointment when possible, and work with you to find the next available time that fits your schedule.

If you require guaranteed same-day service or flexibility that does not allow for potential rescheduling, we recommend seeking a salon that accommodates walk-in appointments, as MOR Salon operates strictly by scheduled appointments

No-Show & Late Cancellation Policy

No-shows and late cancellations significantly impact our artists’ schedules and income.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

If you arrive late, your artist may need to modify or reschedule your service to avoid running behind for other guests. Late arrivals may still be responsible for the full service cost.
